This privacy policy (the "Policy") explains how Amichai Shekel / AI Master ("we", "the Operator") collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use amichai-ai.co.il and related services (lectures, workshops, contact, content, and marketing).

The Policy is designed in line with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, as applicable.

Using the site, submitting forms, or contacting us means you have read this Policy. If you disagree, please do not provide personal data.

Data you provide actively: name, email, phone number, organization/role, message content, lecture or workshop request details, and any other information you choose to send in forms or correspondence.

Technical and usage data (including online identifiers under Amendment 13): IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, access times, referrer, and cookies or similar identifiers.

Data from social networks or third-party links: if you reach the site via social media or external links, those parties may collect data under their own policies.

We do not intentionally request sensitive data (such as health or genetic data). If you volunteer such data, we will use it only as needed to handle your request.

Responding to inquiries, lecture/workshop requests, and coordinating services.

Operating the site, security, fraud and abuse prevention, and technical maintenance.

Improving user experience, usage analysis, and content (subject to consent where required).

Marketing, newsletters, and updates, only with appropriate consent or where allowed by law, always with an opt-out.

Providing data in forms is generally voluntary. Without basic contact details we may be unable to reply or deliver a service.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via an unsubscribe link (if provided) or by contacting us.

The site and services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If you believe we collected a minor’s data improperly, contact us and we will delete it where possible.

The site may link to third-party sites and services. This Policy does not apply to them.

We recommend reading each external site’s privacy policy before providing data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The update date appears at the top of the page.

Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where allowed by law. Material changes may be highlighted reasonably on the site.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel, subject to consumer rights under applicable law.
