The in-depth interview · how the agents learn your business

An agent team is only as good as what it knows about you. The fastest way to transfer what is in your head into the system is to let the agent interview you. After setup, ask the Orchestrator: "Interview me in depth about the business and my goals for the quarter. One question at a time, until you truly understand me. At the end, brief the rest of the team and confirm the brief is saved." It is worth running such an interview every time there is a new quarterly plan, a new project, or a new idea. It is important to understand the memory structure: there is a shared memory that the whole team sees (who you are, what the business is, how the business makes money) and a personal memory for each agent. Do you need to know how to code?

No. This is Grok Bot's strong point: everything happens in regular chat, without a terminal and without code. Complete team setup, including Gmail and calendar connection and a first routine, takes about 20 minutes.

How much does it cost and how do you get access?

There is no separate subscription for Grok Bot · it is included in existing subscriptions: xAI's SuperGrok at $30 a month, or Cursor Pro at $20 a month (as of August 2026, there are also higher plans with a larger usage quota). There is no free plan right now.

Does it work even when my computer is off?

Yes. Routines and agents run in the Grok cloud, on their virtual machines. The morning briefing will be written, Slack alerts will arrive, and follow-ups will run even when Mac and iPhone are off.
